design engineers begins each project with a detailed analysis
of test data and apply the most effective processing technology
to maximise yield.
The extraction of gold and silver using carbon adsorption technology
from leachable low-grade ore has promoted marginal properties
to profitable status. We also have experience with processing
higher-grade ore using grinding, flotation, and leaching circuits.
To meet the demands of small ore deposits, we have designed and
furnished portable skid mounted carbon column plants with recovery
circuits. These systems permit ease of relocation to a new site.
In addition, we have designed and furnished complete portable
plants, packaged in shipping containers for transport to international
locations for assembly.

Under a turnkey contract R&S created a Carbon Absorption Plant
to extract gold. Banana screens crush ROM ore, and then move it
by conveyor to a leaching heap. Carbon adsorption and electrowinning
