| Process analysis provides a detailed examination and analysis
of all specific laboratory test data. It considers all applicable
processing or operating information that may be available, assesses
the correctness of the information and determines its collective
reliability to proceed with developing the ideal processing system
to maximise mineral recovery and plant performance.
We present two projects below to illustrate our experience.
LA COLORADO GOLD MINE ENGINEERING STUDY
Exploraciones Eldorado S.A. De C.V.
Sonora, Mexico
To improve the mine's existing gold recovery process, Roberts
& Schaefer performed a preliminary engineering study to develop
the most cost-effective alternatives available to add tertiary
crushing and an agglomeration system. In-depth
project information
FEASIBILITY STUDY AND BANKABLE DOCUMENT
Compania
Contractual Minera Leonor
Leonor, Chile
Roberts & Schaefer provided a bankable feasibility study
for a copper project located in Northern Chile's Atacama District,
which is remote, arid, and lacking nearby infrastructure. The
project included preparation of complete flow charts, mass balances,
equipment lists, general arrangements, and P&IDs. In-depth
