Job Summary

Performs a variety of construction duties including large-scale construction projects working under direct supervision of the construction manager. Assists in coordinating the daily planning and project scheduling. Provides quality and safety guidance to construction crew. This position is located at the designated jobsite and currently near Waco, TX.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Confirms all required resources and materials are available and ready regarding scheduled jobs.
  • Reviews material and resource requirements, checks in equipment, writes and receive Non-Conformance Report (NCR).
  • Informs construction manager of any potential changes or corrective action to be taken.
  • Attends construction and customer meetings, documents and follows up with construction manager to ensure any appropriate corrective action is addressed when needed.
  • Serves as a central point of contact regarding projects working with internal/external customers. Collaborates with manager and audit projects for safety, quality, on time completion and within budget.

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of field engineer or construction experience.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or associated experience.
