Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Overall accountability for the execution of a contract and serve as the primary line of communication between the Client and the Company
  • Develops project objectives consistent with client and company requirements
  • Coordinates with Roberts & Schaefer management to ensure project is completed in a safe and quality manner, within schedule and budget. 
  • Interface with other internal and external units to enhance process or organizational effectiveness as needed
  • Oversees/prepares technical, sales or administrative presentations and proposals
  • Creates and maintains project status reports, project budgets, project controls and project procedures 

Experience Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in the field of project management
  • Experience managing large heavy industrial projects required and material handling/conveyor systems knowledge preferred.
  • Prefer Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company experience 

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering a plus
  • Certificate in Project Management preferred
